It is always easier to stay out of debt than to dig yourself out.

We were born to move.  Why is it we seek recognition for “achievements” that should really be a part of everyday life?  The problem is our perception of “normal”.  Societal norms says you watch 24+ hours of TV a week, you have poor sleep hygiene, and live a mostly sedentary life.  It’s time for a reversal…
